REFUNDS and POSTAL INSURANCE
All products are checked for quality before they leave us -
however we cover all items sent by a full no - quibble refund
policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way please
return it to us and the full purchase price will be refunded. We aim
to provide a quality service - but should we make a mistake we will
always correct it, at our expense, as speedily as possible. Please
note that we will only normally pay for the return postage where the product
is defective or did not meet the description. Your statutory rights
remain unaffected. Where an item is
damaged or lost in transit this will normally be covered by the
Royal Mail Proof of Postage certificate which we always obtain -
this provides cover of £20 maximum for loss or damage while in
transit. If you need to make a claim against this please contact us
and we will initiate the claim on your behalf. If your order exceeds
£20 the items will be sent by recorded delivery for extra peace of
mind (UK only). Should you require additional postal insurance please
contact us for details.
